Consultation

We will begin by scheduling a free consultation where we will have a conversation with you about your business, your problems and your needs.

We will take notes to make sure that we provide you with a plan that is tailored to your business and your needs.

Documentation

We will create a personalized proposal for your business that will provide a complete description of what services and pricing we recommend based on your consultation and a look into what comes next.

After all approvals and signatures, we will provide an easy schedule and checklist to make sure that we have everything we need to get started with your books.

Meanwhile, we provide continued communication to answer any questions that you may have.

Confident Financials

After all of the documents and information are received, we will begin the work of updating your books and beginning the day-to-day bookkeeping.

During the month we will answer any questions you have and reach out if we need more information on transactions.

At the beginning of the next month, we will reconcile your accounts and provide you with your monthly financial documents to help give you clarity and confidence in your business’ financial health.
